BACKGROUND.

The Other House were launching a new concept in the hospitality space. A residents club, blurring the lines between apartments, hotels, and members clubs, in one space.

Approached by Design Director of Design.Studio to help support on the digital extension to the identity work they'd been commission to do.

With these acquisitions also came legacy inefficiencies.
A two year transformation project (LIONS biggest to date), with a goal to reduce legacy, unify infrastructure, and add value through new features and tools.


The project took thousands of hours of work, and involved hundreds of people involved across product, data science, engineering, commercial, finance, HR, Legal and marketing teams.

Working across the project from concept - delivery, I led the vision and then established a small teamand over 18 months, we redefining the digital benchmark across LIONS.

My role was to translate the disruptive luxury concept into a frictionless digital product that empowers guest autonomy

Partnering with DesignStudio, I was brought on for an intensive eight months to take the project from a blank page to a finished product.

I architecting a unified mobile and web platform that blurs the boundaries between luxury hotels, private clubs, and high-end residences.

Making users Feel at Home, we focused heavily on the app experience when a user is in a private vs member spaces.


Presentation of final journey map for guest, resident and member user types


Adapting the branding and design to the function, with minimal UI when focus is required.


WARC, Contagious, The Work, and Effie each offer subscriber only access to digital content and services.
